NOVI'S DATE - ART & WINE

To meet customer expectations, Mas du Novi have come up with a new offbeat cuvée, which is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Carignan from the youngest vines, with a short time in vats. With the aim of limiting the impact on the environment, Novi have opted for lightweight bottles without capsules.

Finally, to emphasise the modernity of this cuvée, Novi collabrated with the artist Ed Williamson (some of his work below), a former English Premiership rugby player who now devotes his time to contemporary art, and whose work has been exhibited from Monaco to New York and in The Wine Buff St Emilion.

All these elements give this cuvée a deliberate and assertive punk edge, a break from the estates usual high-class wines.
