Rosé Wine

Rosé wines should be crisp, dry, and mouth-watering. The grapes are harvested early to keep good acidity levels and freshness in the wines. Rosé wine can be made from a variety of red grape varietals, including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. The colour of the wine comes from the grape skins, which are in contact with the juice for a shorter period compared to red wine making.

Over the years the Wine Buff team have searched and found exceptional wine makers many of them award winning, others less well known, but equally great. Our focus has always been on sustainability, we partner with vineyards that adapt and plan for the coming generations.
