Cevennes Chardonnay 2023

The Cevennes region is renowned for its rugged countryside and mountains, it is devoted to sheep breeding and forestry and the vineyards are scattered on its lower slopes, between chestnut plantations and steep hillsides.   

This south of France Chardonnay is a light straw-yellow color. The taste is fresh, harmonious, rounded, with balanced acidity and a refreshing aftertaste with fruity nuances and a hint of honey.
