Bodegas Langa 'La Gavacha' Garnacha 2021

Bodegas Langa is based in Calatayud — a DO in Aragon, north-east Spain, that received its designation in 1990 and has built a reputation for producing some of Spain's most characterful old-vine Garnacha. La Gavacha is made from Garnacha vines averaging 90 years of age, grown on the region's distinctive rocky soils at altitude, producing wines of exceptional concentration and complexity.

An award-winning old-vine Garnacha from Calatayud — aged 12 months in French oak to add depth and spice to the wine's naturally generous dark fruit character. Deep cherry in colour, with dark fruits, ripe red berries, warm spices, and aromatic balsamic undertones. Rounded and vibrant, with silky tannins and a harmonious finish.
