Mas du Novi Novi 2017

Mas du Novi — the vineyard of Saint-Jean-du-Noviciat — is an exceptional organic estate in Montagnac, embedded in the Languedoc landscape just west of Montpellier. Its history can be traced back to the era of the Cathars and Crusaders, and the land was once part of a vast Cistercian abbey. The estate has been a regular recipient of wine awards for its outstanding wines. The Novi is the top cuvée from the vineyard — aged in new oak for 12 months, it represents the very best of what this historic terroir can produce.
