Brumale is produced by Cantine Salvalai from Nero d'Avola grown in Sicily — the indigenous red grape of the island and one of southern Italy's most characterful varieties. Farmed sustainably, this is a wine that showcases the best of Sicilian Nero d'Avola: full and robust, yet silky smooth, with none of the harshness that can sometimes be found in lesser examples of the variety.
