The wine is a crisp, elegant white wine from the sun-drenched coastal vineyards of Sardinia. The wine was named 'Ala Blanco' (white wings) because when Giampaolo walked with his young children in the vineyards they used to cry 'here come the white wings' whn they spotted sea gulls hovering over the vineyards on the sea breezes.
