Jerez
Sherry can only be made in one place, in the sun baked sherry triangle between the towns of Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto de Santa María and San Lucar de Barrameda in the province of Cádiz. Only wines from this area are labeled as Jerez--Xérès-Sherry, the Jerez wines have been popular for centuries, not just in Spain but in France as Xérès, and England as Sherry so the three names now appear on all sherry bottles.
