Bodega Nuevos Vinos produces Perla Maris — meaning ‘pearl of the sea’ — from 100% Verdejo grown in Rueda, the spiritual home of this indigenous Spanish white grape. The mature grapes are harvested in mid-September and lightly crushed by gravity alone, preserving the natural freshness and aromatic character of the variety.
