Sherry
Sherry only comes from Andalusia, in Southern Spain. The word ‘sherry’ is derived from the name ‘Jerez’, the name of the town. Sherry has many different styles, from the bone dry Manzanillas and Finos partnering all sorts of delicious tapas. Nutty Amontillados and Olorosos with wonderful depth and presence are equally impressive, while the Pedro Ximenez, also known as (PX) and Moscatel are sweeter styles.
