Swartland Pinotage 2023

Swartland Winery dates back to 1948, when the Swartland Co-operative was founded by 15 member farmers. Converted to a public company in 2006, it has grown into one of the Swartland's most respected producers, drawing on vineyards that benefit from constant cool breezes off the Atlantic Ocean and the region's ancient, diverse soils. Pinotage — South Africa's own grape variety, a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault — finds a natural home in the warm, windswept Swartland.
