The Wine Buff Selection Cuvee Coco White 2023

The Wine Buff Cuvée Coco is named after Paddy and Pilar’s second son Alberto. When Alberto was born, his older brother by 17 months, Paddy Jack, couldn’t pronounce his name and resorted to calling his little brother Coco. Ten years later and Alberto is still called Coco by most everyone.

Paddy and Pilar describe the Cuvée Coco in the following manner.

"White and Rose wines should be energetic, stimulating, refreshing and vibrant, our son Coco possesses all of these qualities. His brother Paddy Jack will sit on the couch to read his book and Coco will be beside him with his head on the seat, his bum in the air and his legs hanging over the back of the couch, trying his best to get Paddy Jack to interact with him. He is a bundle of energy and is immensely popular with just about everyone".

Made from 100% Sav Blanc using traditional wine making techniques.

Specially selecting the very best grape vine for the blending of our Cote de Bordeaux has enabled Paddy to create a Bordeaux that has all the delicious likeness to the renowned Sancerre white wine.  The freshness, structure and beautiful balance of flavour give this exceptional white all its lasting character and incredible taste of more.
