A chardonnay from the new world with old world characteristics.

Here in the cool Valle Escondido at one thousand meters above sea level a very special clone of chardonnay is planted, the Mendoza clone. Known for its clusters of varying berry sizes, the Mendoza clone produces wines of remarkable freshness and minerality.

Wine Tasting Notes

Green apple skin, white grapefruit, and fresh lemon with white flowers and quince. Medium bodied, slight oak (four months in oak barrels), zippy acidity and a mineral core.
