Domaine Gille Les Brûlées Nuits-Saint-Georges 2020

Domine Gille is a family-run estate that exudes tradition and classic winemaking practices, while still embracing the benefits of modern technology. In fact the Gille’s are one of the oldest family settlements in the village, and winegrowers for many generations, dating back all the way to 1570.

Biodynamic wine making principles are followed throughout the vineyards, experience has led to the careful control of the land and vines. Burgundy wine cannot be produced industrially, it takes a lot of work, effort and attention before the grapes are harvested and fall into the tanks in the winery. This is the cost that results in a unique wine from this region.

Les Brûlées Nuits-Saint-Georges possesses a lovely ripe cherry/berry fruit nose. The palate is well structured, medium-full bodied and extremely tasty, and delivers a very pleasing medium-long finish.
