Pierre Henri Ginglinger Ollwiller Grand Cru Riesling 2021

In Alsace, the wines generally take their name from the grape variety and not from the vineyard. However some of the greater wines use the vineyard names they are grown in. Ollwiller wines have long enjoyed a great reputation for quality wines. The Ginglinger Ollwiller Grand Cru is grown in the southern area of Alsace, an area provided with lots of sun.

The wine is tender with aromas of lemon, peach, grapefruit and white floral undertones. It is dry but has a full creamy texture with good acidity, will only improve with age.
