Sainte Béatrice Côtes de Provence Rose 2024

The property of Sainte Béatrice has been owned by Valérie Rousselle of the cru classé Château Roubine since 1994, and remains one of Provence’s great under-the-radar rosés — made by the same winemaking team that crafts the celebrated Roubine wines. The vines are planted on south-facing slopes and range between 30 and 60 years of age, giving the wine a depth and complexity that belies its approachable style.

About This Wine

A classic Provence rosé blend of Cinsault, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted with the same precision and care as the Roubine cru classé wines. Dry, elegant, and food-friendly, this is a rosé that delivers genuine Provencal character — creamy red fruit, warm spice, and a clean, delicate finish. Perfect for summer drinking and equally at home on a more considered table.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale salmon pink with delicate rose hues — classic Provence in the glass.
Nose: Delicate but plush — creamy red fruits with a lift of Provençal spice and a subtle floral note.
Palate: Dry and elegant with a lovely creamy texture. The red fruit is fresh and expressive, with a gentle spice character and good natural acidity.
Finish: Clean and delicate with a pleasantly dry, refreshing close.

Food Pairing

A wonderfully versatile Provence rosé — perfect as an aperitif, or alongside grilled fish, roast chicken, fresh salads, or a classic niçoise. Also excellent with light pasta dishes, soft cheeses, or simply enjoyed on its own in the sunshine. Serve well chilled.
