Domaine Colbois Chablis 2024

Domaine Colbois has been farming in the Chablis region since the early 20th century. Michel Colbois and his son Benjamin work the vines and soils manually, with roots plunging deep into the famous Kimmeridgian chalk — the ancient seabed that gives Chablis its unique mineral character. No chemicals are used, grapes are hand-harvested, aged on lees, and bottled with little or no filtration. The domaine has received numerous citations in the French and international press for the purity and precision of its wines.

About This Wine

A classic Chablis AOC from one of the appellation’s most dedicated family estates, farmed to HVE certified standards. Chablis is the purest expression of unoaked Chardonnay in the world — steely, mineral, and intensely food-friendly, with the distinctive flinty character that comes from the Kimmeridgian chalk soils found nowhere else on earth.
