Valditerra Dolcetto 'Anno Zero' 2022

A new project for Francesco, Emanuele and two friends. This is a tiny vineyard in Francavilla Bisio, the grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the cellar with a small trailer, destemmed and sent to the steel vat where they undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration of 48 hours, with protection from oxidation through the use of CO2. This technique allows to best extract all the aromatic and polyphenolic components, to obtain a fresh, young red wine, suitable for any occasion. 

 Ruby red colour, good aroma, hints of red fruit with a light spicy final note.
