Poderi Parpinello 'Carbia' Isola dei Nuraghi 2024

Carbia takes its name from the ancient Roman road that connected the cities of Carbia and Nure along the Alghero coast of Sardinia. Poderi Parpinello is a family estate with 35 hectares of vineyards spread across three distinct locations — by the sea near Castelsardo, near the coast by Lake Baratz, and in the municipality of Janna de Mare between Alghero and Sassari. The geographical diversity of the vineyards, combined with sixty years of family experience, gives the wines their unique freshness, structure, and minerality.

About This Wine

A unique Sardinian red blend showcasing the island's indigenous grape varieties alongside an international variety. Cagnulari, Cannonau (Grenache), and Cabernet Sauvignon combine to create a wine of remarkable depth and Mediterranean character — rich with ripe berry flavours, subtle spice, and velvety tannins. Approachable and food-friendly, it works equally well for casual dining and special occasions.
