Bodega Sierra Norte Pasion de Bobal 2023

Bodega Sierra Norte is based in Utiel-Requena, a high-altitude DO in Valencia, eastern Spain, that has built its reputation on the indigenous Bobal grape. Grown at elevation where cool nights preserve freshness and intensity, the old-vine Bobal used in Pasión de Bobal is farmed organically and harvested by hand, producing wines of genuine concentration and character.
