Mas du Novi Novi's Date 2023

Mas du Novi — the vineyard of Saint-Jean-du-Noviciat — is an exceptional organic estate in Montagnac, embedded in the Languedoc landscape just west of Montpellier. Its history can be traced back to the era of the Cathars and Crusaders, and the land was once part of a vast Cistercian abbey. Novi’s Date is the estate’s newest cuvée — an organic, offbeat blend from the youngest vines, made with a short vatting period for freshness and vibrancy. In keeping with their commitment to the environment, it comes in a lightweight bottle without a capsule, and the striking label was designed in collaboration with artist Ed Williamson.
