Mas du Novi Lou Rosat 2024

Mas du Novi — the vineyard of Saint-Jean-du-Noviciat — is an exceptional organic estate in Montagnac, embedded in the Languedoc landscape just west of Montpellier. Its history can be traced back to the era of the Cathars and Crusaders, and the land was once part of a vast Cistercian abbey. The Lou Rosat is their flagship rosé — ‘Lou Rosat’ is Occitan for ‘the pink’ — a wine that captures all the sensations of a walk in a Mediterranean garden.
