Domaine Moulin Camus is run by Catherine and François Boulanger — a husband-and-wife team in the Muscadet region of the Loire Valley, where respect for nature is their number one priority. No chemicals are used, thanks to grass between the vine rows and natural stimulants that activate vine defences. This Cabernet Franc is planted on schist-based soils — unusual for the Muscadet region — giving the wine a notable gravelly texture while retaining the freshness and fruit character of the grape.
