Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux is a prestigious appellation located in the Bordeaux wine region, east of Saint-Émilion. Boasting an exceptional terroir, this appellation produces remarkable red wines, acclaimed for their quality and unique character. 

Paddy with the help of a renowned local winemaker has selected the best grapes and created the "Cuvee Paddy Jack", named after his son of the same name.

This is a medium bodied wine, round, supple, concentrated, and complex with medium to soft tannin. Excellent to drink now and will age well over the next few years.
