Swartland Chenin Blanc 2025

Swartland Winery sits in one of South Africa's most exciting wine regions, where constant cool breezes off the Atlantic Ocean sustain diverse microclimates and the proximity to mountain ranges adds depth and character to the fruit. Chenin Blanc — known locally as Steen — was one of the first grapes planted in South Africa in 1655, originally from the Loire Valley in France, and it has found a natural home in the Swartland's warm, windswept landscape.

About This Wine

Made from Chenin Blanc grown in the Western Cape's Swartland sub-region, this is a generous, fruit-forward white with real personality. The Swartland's warm days and cool nights produce grapes with excellent natural acidity and ripe tropical character — a combination that makes this wine both refreshing and satisfying.
