A family-run wine estate since 1835, located at the foot of the iconic Rock of Solutré, Château Vitalis is proudly and firmly rooted in Burgundy. Denis Dutron and his son Maxime create wines of character that are true to the unique identity of their exceptional terroir.
The Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru “Pouilly” is identifiable by its crystalline pale gold yellow colour tinged with silver reflections. The nose, elegant and delicious , expresses notes of white-fleshed fruits highlighted with toasted almonds.
The palate is fresh and buttery . Both delicious and mineral, the mid-palate is full of aromas of fruit and toasted almond . It is a delicious, fresh, fruity and balanced wine, coated with a subtle woodiness .
