Bodega Sierra Norte Equilibrio 2023
The Monastrell grape used to produce this red wine comes from the La Raja area, at an altitude of approximately 600 meters. The continental climate with Mediterranean
influences, along with its brown, limestone soil, poor in organic matter, allows this variety to ripen perfectly.
Cherry red with a garnet rim and ruby reflections. A complex nose, where black fruit, sweet spices, and vanilla notes blend in a balanced way. In the glass aromas of red fruit, undergrowth, and wet earth emerge. The palate is flavourful, fresh, and slightly balsamic, with good body and well-defined ripe tannins. The finish is spicy and long lasting.
