The Cavolo Preto is aged in oak barrels which results in Malbec with greater structure and flavour. Dark red, full bodied and rich, Expressive notes of red fruit, plums, blackcurrant with underlying vanilla from the 8 months in oak. Good balance of acidity, soft tannins and a long finish.
