Montaribaldi Roero Arneis 2025
The Arneis grape, is native to the region and very nearly died out, but over the last couple of decades it has been re-introduced by local wine makers. "Arneis" translates locally as the little rascal with a certain charm. It’s an appropriate name for the grape as it's a difficult grape to grow but once mastered produces a wine of good complexity and taste.
Light straw colour. Honey, pear and a hint of buttery brioche on the nose. Super dry white with flavours of white grapefruit, honeysuckle, lime zest and white pepper.
