Sicilien Nero d'Avola 2025

Nero d'Avola is Sicily's most celebrated indigenous red grape — a variety of real depth and character that is often compared to Syrah for its dark fruit intensity and robust structure. Adesso is produced by Cantine Salvalai from Nero d'Avola grown in Sicily, where the intense Mediterranean sun produces wines of real warmth and personality.

About This Wine

A typical Nero d'Avola from Sicily — full and robust, yet silky smooth, with none of the harshness that can sometimes be found in lesser examples of the variety. Black cherry, blackberry, plum, and blueberry on the nose and palate, with gentle, well-integrated tannins and a satisfying, lingering finish. A great dark wine of robust character and excellent everyday appeal.
