Thierry took ownership of the family vineyards back in 1988. Today he farms the vineyards with his son Tanguy who joined the farm in 2019.
The Vouvray appellation extends over 2,250 hectares east of Tours and is made up of a single grape variety: Chenin Blanc, also called Pinot de la Loire.
Once bottled the wine is stored in the limestone cave, Thierry’s father and grandfather did the excavation of the caves with picks and hammers. The temperature in the cave is always about 15 centigrade all year-round, perfect for aging wine.
Pale lemon hue with white reflections. A nose of ripe white fruits, rose, lemon, honey and a slight note of dried fruits.
Dry in the mouth very rounded, with taste of green apple and a great structure
