Bodegas Dios Baco Manzanilla Ria Pita
Bodegas Dios Baco is one of Jerez's most respected traditional producers, crafting a full range of classic sherry styles with an emphasis on authenticity and terroir. The Manzanilla Ría Pita is produced in Sanlúcar de Barrameda — the only town permitted to produce Manzanilla — where the proximity to the sea and the influence of the Guadalquivir estuary create the unique conditions that give this style its distinctive salty, tangy character.
About This Wine
Manzanilla is the most delicate style of sherry — bone dry, yeasty, and with a characteristic burst of sea air that sets it apart from all other wines. Aged under a living layer of flor yeast in the bodegas of Sanlúcar, it is one of Spain's most distinctive and food-friendly wine styles, and one of the world's great aperitifs.
