To qualify as Manzanilla the wines must be kept in the seaside city of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where they develop into the most delicate style of sherry – typically, dry and yeasty with a salty burst of sea air.
A pale straw coloured wine with a delicate bouquet of chamomile and almonds. Soft and fruity on the palate with a dry light finish.
