Hervé Mathelin Cuvée Réserve Brut
Equal quantities of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. A pale golden colour, the reserve reveals quite a developed nose with a hint of toast and caramel, on the palate a rich full roundness, with caramel, hazelnut and great freshness.
