Hervé Mathelin Cuvée Privilege

Nicolas Mathelin is a grower-producer based in the Champagne appellation, farming sustainably and crafting small-production cuvées that express the character of their terroir. The Mathelin family are dedicated to quality over volume, with each wine reflecting their hands-on approach in both vineyard and cellar.

About This Wine

Concentrated, savoury, and very fresh, with excellent acidity and citrus fruit. A really complex, refined sparkler for a special occasion — or any occasion.
