Hervé Mathelin Cuvée Première Brut

Nicolas Mathelin is a grower-producer based in the Champagne appellation, farming sustainably and crafting small-production cuvées that express the character of their terroir. The Mathelin family are dedicated to quality over volume, with each wine reflecting their hands-on approach in both vineyard and cellar.

About This Wine

The Cuvée Première Brut is a Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier-led Champagne — fresh, delicate, and approachable, with a light gold colour and fine effervescence. An excellent introduction to the Mathelin style.

Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and fried food. The delicate freshness also makes it a great match for soft cheeses and light starters.
