Josep Masachs Aromes de Celler Cava Brut
Josep Masachs has been making Cava in Vilafranca del Penedès since the 1920s, when Josep Masachs built a small winery to produce sparkling wine for family and friends. His passion was passed on to his sons Josep and Joan, who took over the business in 1977. The 103-acre estate is planted on steep clay slopes with limestone and sand topsoils — ideal conditions for the classic Cava grape varieties. All wines are made by the traditional method (méthode champenoise), with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
About This Wine
A classic Brut Cava from one of Penedès' most established family producers. Matured on its lees for 9 months, the Aromes de Celler develops the complexity and yeasty depth that sets traditional method sparkling wine apart — elegant, rich, and refreshing.

Colour: Pale straw with fine, persistent bubbles
Nose: Complex notes of yeast and white flowers with fresh citrus and stone fruit
